Reporting Issues or getting support

If you have a problem with the Daily Diabetes app you can email us at This link will pre-fill the body of an email to prompt you to provide key information we may need. Typically we need to know.

  • Which variant of the app you are using : Andoid / Apple iOS
  • The version of the app you are using.
  • The type of device you are using. Phone / Tablet
  • The brand of device you are using. e.g. Samsung, Apple
  • The model of device you are using. e.g. Galaxy S8, iPhone 7
  • Details of your issue.
  • A screenshot if that helps describe the issue to us.
It is possible for you to leave feedback in the app stores however, when doing this please be aware that the app stores do not pass on your details to us. This means we are not able to contact you if we have any questions or need additional information.

  • OPEN : 3rd January 2019 : iPad unable to save readings

    We have recieved a report that an older iPad would not save readings. Unfortunately we have not been able to recreate this issue here. If you have experienced this issue we would like to hear from you so we can try to identify the cause.
